When we created Brazenhall Barns, our philosophy was a simple one. We started with the question ‘What would we like to see in well equipped and luxurious holiday homes that we’d want to stay in?’ With our Five Star Gold Awarded status, we like to think we made good decisions! We want you to enjoy your stay at Brazenhall Barns and we have a great team of people looking after the property to ensure that everything is ‘just so’ on your arrival.
The Barns are beautifully kept by Gemma, Millie and Gordon and the management is all taken care of by Erica and Peter. We have extra staff in during really busy times too.
Our job is to provide a ‘home from home’ so you can concentrate on getting the most out of the beautiful Norfolk countryside and all it has to offer.

OUR HISTORY
The name Brazenhall comes from a local farm just north of us which disappeared under a now disused USAF airbase. Upgraded from 1948 to accommodate B52s, the airbase is now largely covered in docile cattle with the occasional parachute drop by trainee soldiers.
One of our fields at Dunton still bears this unusual name and now, so do our holiday barns.

Your holidays are in good hands!
The barns’ proprietor is Peter Allingham who also owns Ancient World Tours, a high end specialist holiday company that has been catering for discerning customers since 1994. Peter’s experience in providing excellence with great value for money makes these luxurious holiday homes ideal for those who don’t want to compromise on quality.
Peter has many strings to his bow. He is an IT specialist, amateur Egyptologist, a farmer and is also the co-founder of Archangel Gin, which is made with some locally grown juniper, and distilled, bottled and labelled in the (silent!) distillery opposite the Barns. You can arrange a Distillery Tour for your whole party during your stay or we can arrange a private mini-visit for a few individuals at a time.
